Mid 2016 Jef and Cris met through a mutual friend. Already from their first 'date' it was apparent that they had something special going on that would set them apart. Both are keen to set up a personal relationship with their clients and like to think that good taste and quality music still defeats short term opportunism. Whether it's a small or big project, with many years of experience between the two of them, they will always go the extra mile to find a better solution.

Jef Richaerts:

“I was born and raised in the city of Thorn. I studied pop and classical music for fourteen years, played the electric guitar in several bands and won the World Championships playing the trumpet with the Royal Symphonic Wind Orchestra of Thorn.

In 1998 I was featured in the IDFA documentary, Bokken & Geiten, about the strife between my orchestra (named ‘de Bokken’, meaning ‘the bucks’) and the other orchestra in the village, St. Michaël (‘de Geiten’, meaning ‘the goats’). If you’re really interested, it’s on Vimeo…”

“After leaving Thorn I spent 10 years working as an artist and tour-manager for Ilse de Lange, Beth Hart, Birgit Schuurman, Lois Lane and many more.

In 2008 I made the transfer to advertising and film. I started working as the Executive Music and Sync Producer for Good Sounds and as the Voice-Over Casting Director for Tone of Voice. It was a joy working for them and inspired me to get my own show on the road.”

Cris Kos:

“I was born and raised in the city of Huizen. Music was all in the family and I fell in love with drums at an early age, Unfortunately I was ordered by the powers that be to study tuba and join the local harmony "Prinses Irene".

I always kept on practicing drums and started playing in numerous bands with some mild succes. After a number of years, I realized that my plans for world domination were failing miserably and I needed to take a step back from my passion. I got offered a job in television at FoxKids/FOX8. After two years my stint in tv-land came to an end when I heard about a new music-company called MassiveMusic. They were actually looking for a junior-producer and two weeks later I was the third guy hired.

From 2007 until 2016, I was Head of Production, working on a long list of national and international projects,

I‘ve had the pleasure to be working with amazing musical, visual and creative talent and I learned so much by just watching the pros around me."
